Arizona's largest newspaper picks up article by Chris ford

The Arizona Republic, the largest circulation newspaper in Arizona, picked up a story written by Chris Ford, Esq. and published on July 1, 2015 in the Record Recorder, a local legal trade newspaper. The story reports a ruling by a Maricopa County Judge that a Sun City, Arizona used car dealer who filed 58 lawsuits while representing himself is a "vexatious litigant."

The Arizona Republic article, published on July 5, 2015, quoted from legal briefs Mr. Ford drafted in litigation seeking to have the used car dealer declared a vexatious litigant. According to the Arizona Repulic article, the used car dealer, Van Flury, hung up twice on a reporter seeking a comment from him.
